Water, Water Everywhere

The body is made up of primarily water.  So it’s no wonder that H2O plays an important role in the health of your skin, nails and hair, all forms of keratin.  Think of it as working from the inside out.  Water boosts moisture and flushes out toxins.  Simply take your body weight and divide by 8 to determine how much water intake you need per day.    Dryness is a condition that can occur in all skin types and contibutes to premature aging.  So drink up!
