Fresh Fruit With Yogurt Dressing For One

Fruit CupIngredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly-squeeze orange juice
  • 4 cups assorted fresh fruits
  • Garnish: grated coconut
  1. Combine yogurt, honey and orange juice.
  2. Place fruit in large bowl. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit.
  3. Refrigerate until serving time and sprinkle with coconut.
